<p>Questo e&#8217; un dolce sudamericano: il più buono l&#8217;ho mangiato in Messico.<br />
E&#8217; semplicissimo da preparare.<br />
Andrebbe decorato con panna montata non zuccherata,ma il mio frigo ne era sfornito così ho rimediato con dei frutti di bosco.</p>
<p>Ingredienti:<br />
1 tazza di farina<br />
2/3 tazza di zucchero<br />
Vanillina<br />
1 cucchiaino e mezzo di lievito per dolci<br />
1/2 tazza di acqua<br />
3 uova</p>
<p>1 lattina di latte condensato<br />
Stessa quantità di panna densa (qui in Italia non c&#8217;e&#8217; e dovrete ovviare con panna da cucina quindi densa ma non zuccherata.)<br />
Stessa quantità di latte scremato oppure si potrebbe provare a mettere al posto del latte scremato e la panna densa la panna da banco frigo</p>
<p>Mischiamo bene i tre latti e mettiamo in frigo.<br />
Montiamo benissimo le uova con lo zucchero.<br />
Aggiungere a filo il latte e alla fine la farina setacciata con il lievito facendo attenzione a non smontare il composto.<br />
Io uso la planetaria quindi monto a vel. 8-10 le uova poi metto la pala a K e a velocità 1 aggiungo prima il latte a filo e poi la farina.<br />
Informare a 160 gradi a forno statico per mezz&#8217;ora.<br />
Togliere dal forno praticare dei fori e staccare il dolce dalle pareti, versare uniformemente i composti di latte. Lasciarne un po&#8217; da aggiungere prima di servire il dolce che dovrà essere conservato in frigo e servito moooolto freddo.<br />
Decorare con panna montata.</p>

<p>Ricetta tratta dal sito anice &amp; cannella</p>
<p>450 gr di farina (300 gr  di Manitoba e 150 gr di farina 0 per pizza eurospin)<br />
50 gr di farina di riso<br />
200 gr di acqua<br />
40 gr di olio<br />
 La buccia grattugiata di 1 arancio<br />
2 cc piccoli di lievito secco<br />
1 uovo e 1 tuorlo<br />
1 cucchiaio di miele di fiori d&#8217;arancio<br />
90 gr di zucchero<br />
8 gr di sale</p>
<p>Portare quasi a bollore l&#8217;acqua con meta&#8217; delle buccine grattuggiate di arancio, pesare e aggiungere l&#8217;acqua fino a riportare a 200 gr. Far intiepidire.<br />
Intanto scaldare anche l&#8217;olio con l&#8217;altra meta&#8217; di buccia d&#8217;arancia.<br />
Mischiamo 200gr di farina con il lievito e 2 cc di zucchero aggiungiamo l&#8217;acqua  lasciamo gonfiare a temp. ambiente (ca 1 ora).<br />
Misceliamo il resto della farina con quella di riso.<br />
 Uniamo metà della farina e dello zucchero ed avviamo la macchina a vel. 1, all’assorbimento uniamo l’uovo con il resto dello zucchero e della farina, facciamo andare per qualche giro, poi inseriamo il tuorlo con il miele ed il sale, aumentiamo la vel. a 2.<br />
Aggiungiamo il burro morbido in due volte e, quando avremo ottenuto una buona incordatura, uniamo l’olio a filo.<br />
 Copriamo con una cupola e poniamo a 26° fino al raddoppio (ca. 2 ore)<br />
Pporzioniamo in pezzi da 80gr ed avvolgiamo a palla stretto.<br />
Dopo 15’ capovolgiamo le sfere e riavvolgiamo a filoncino, stringendo bene<br />
Copriamo con pellicola e mettiamo a lievitare a 28°- io li ho messi in forno preriscaldato a 50 gradi e lasciato raffreddare. (ca 1 ora)<br />
Pennelliamo con albume ed inforniamo a 180° per 12’ o fino a cottura.<br />
Appena fuori dal forno lucidiamo con sciroppo di zucchero a 30° be (135gr di zucchero portati a bollore con 100gr di acqua e raffreddati)</p>

<p>Stufare del porro con dell&#8217;olio, aggiungere 800 gr di zucca e circa 2 carote. Salare per far uscire l&#8217;acqua di vegetazione. Portare a cottura con del brodo vegetale. Passare al minipiner. Al termine aggiustare la consistenza con un cucchiaino circa di maizena. Impiattare e mettere abbondante prezzemolo tritato molto grossolanamente ( si deve proprio sentire ) e infine una quenelle di mascarpone. Spolverizzata di pepe bianco e oppla&#8217;: buono buono!</p>

<p>Il segreto per fare i muffin e&#8217; dividere gli ingredienti liquidi da quelli solidi.</p>
<p>Ingredienti</p>
<p>2 cups di farina<br />
1/2 cup farina<br />
1 bustina di lievito<br />
½ cucchiaino di sale<br />
1 cup latte<br />
Vanillina<br />
2 uova<br />
115 gr di burro a temperatura ambiente</p>
<p>Preriscaldare il forno<br />
Mischiare farina lievito e sale<br />
Mischiare uova zucchero latte e vanillina in un&#8217;altra ciotola. Aggiungere il burro e mischiare per 10 secondi. Infine la farina . Mettere negli appositi stampini e cuocere per circa 20 min a forno statico.</p>

<p><strong>INGREDIENTI</strong></p>
<p>300 gr di farina<br />
200 gr di zucchero<br />
2 uova grandi<br />
Aromi tipo buccia di limone e vanillina<br />
1 bustina di lievito<br />
2 tazzine di olio di semi<br />
2 e 1/2 tazzine di latte</p>
<p>Ho messo nel mio Kitchen aid le uova con lo zucchero e ho montato il composto fino ad avere una crema soffice bianca.<br />
A questo punto ho messo a velocita&#8217; 1 e aggiunto a filo olio e latte, infine a cucchiaiate il resto degli ingredienti.</p>
<p>Poi in forno statico 170 gradi per 40 minuti circa.</p>
